Pretty Cool!

Have you ever wondered if you have enough food storage? I found this cool website that will calculate how much you have. It will ask you how many people in your house and ask you specific of how much you have of each item. When you finish entering your information it will calculate how many days of food storage you have. It tried it out. It was kind of fun.
It is called the food storage analyzer. Check it out.

By the way....if you post about it on your blog......they will send you a $10 gift card........have fun...

The Train Park

Well it took us about three years, but we finally took Brigham to see the train park in town. He and Kaiya of course loved it.

Brigham loved playing with the all the levers and gadgets on this train. He was very distraught when the train wouldn't start. He kept saying he wanted to drive it to Wal-mart.

I love love love this picture. I kept asking Kaiya to take a picture. She wouldn't stop moving, so I finally said "Look, at dad. Do what he is doing." She looked over at him, placed her hands on her hips, stuck her foot out and didn't move again until I said okay.

Brigham was completely in his element. He loved playing on all the full size trains. He still begs me to take him back.

Happy Fourth Birthday Brigham

Happy Birthday Big-Wig!
I would love to post some of the adorable pictures of I took you and your party, but your genius of a mom accidentally deleted them all. Sorry. I can however share with you some of my memories from the party.
We celebrated your birthday on August 7, 2009 at the park. This year was extra special because you got to share your party with your cousin Chance. We ate pizza and cake, and then opened presents. Many of your aunts, uncles, and cousins on your dad's side were able to come along with Grandma Aldeen and Grandpa Clark. You had requested a chocolate cake. When I asked you how you wanted it decorated you told me you wanted candles. You didn't want anything else on it. So that is what we had.....a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and four candles.

After dinner you decided to climb the "mountain" on the play set to eat your cake. You looked so cute sitting at the top of the mountain eating your cake. You got a lot of fun presents-clothes, chalk, candy, play-dough toys, Chevron cars, and a Sodor Train Station set.
I am so happy you are my boy. You are always learning new things and seem to change everyday. You are so special. I look forward to many more happy memories with you.
I love you Brig.

Fishin' With Papa Don

We went fishing with my dad this summer. It was a lot of fun. We were pleasantly surprised by the Ruby Mountains. They were neat. Brigham of course loved it. He still talks about the two fish he caught. He can't wait to go again.

It's all fun and games 'til the cows show up

We went to the canyon one afternoon with Gwen and her boys for a picnic. We brought along some bubbles and of course a lot of fun- at least until these party crashers showed up.
MOOOOO!

Luckily we had already had some fun blowing bubbles, eating lunch, playing in the dirt, and just chilling before the cows came home.
